Chad White, PA, brings over 25 years of expertise in spine and orthopedic surgery as a highly skilled physician assistant. He has played a key role in both surgical and non-surgical care for prominent sports organizations, including the Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Arizona State University. Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Medicine from Grand Canyon University in 1995, followed by a Master of Science from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in 1998.

A lifelong athlete with experience at collegiate and professional levels, Chad deeply understands the demands of staying active and pain-free. His personal journey fuels his passion for guiding patients toward their health and fitness goals with personalized, compassionate care.

A multigenerational Arizona native, Chad enjoys spending quality time with family, music, exploring the outdoors, playing the piano, and staying active through sports.
