“You’re not disabled by the disabilities you have, you are able by the abilities you have.”

“As a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor who has specialized in interventional spine and sports medicine, my goal is to keep you doing what you love doing for as long as humanly possible. A lifelong athlete and ex-collegiate football player, I have experienced countless injuries along the way. The most important part of recovery is the rehabilitation and strengthening afterwards, not just the management of the acute pain. Our goal together is to come up with a plan that will get you back to the lifestyle you want to live, whether that involves daily hikes, pickleball matches, or simply being able to pick up your children or grandchildren without debilitating pain. I can’t stress enough how much the patient is just as important in the healing process as the doctor is. Let’s get you back on the right path and on the road to recovery!”
